We have engaged in the 100 Million Amitabha Mantra Accumulation for the purpose of all sentient beings, so that they may achieve peace and happiness, and give rise to love and compassion.

The Buddha Amitabha is the supreme source of protection in this and future lives. Due to the prayers and aspirations of us practitioners, we have successfully accomplished the 100 Million Ami Dewa Retreat. The successful completion of the 100 Million Amitabha Mantra Accumulation is an inconceivable virtue. Thus I would like to thank all of you who had supported this retreat directly, indirectly, or any other ways, from the depths of my heart.

Everyone who has contributed to the 100 Million Amitabha Mantra Accumulation, whether by actually attending the retreat, or by offering mantras from all over the world, or by offering financial support to the retreat, or even by merely rejoicing in the virtue of this practice, has obtained the merit of 100 million mantra recitations.

If we now perfectly dedicate these roots of virtue so that all sentient beings may become free from suffering, these roots of virtue will perpetuate and increase. Thus please remember to dedicate properly.

In brief, as a result of our motivation of bodhichitta, this first 100 Million Amitabha Mantra Accumulation is now completed most auspiciously.

I wish and pray that in the future, we will be able to continue to conduct this 100 Million Amitabha Mantra Accumulation Retreat every year throughout many generations. For this reason, I request you all to direct your prayers to the accomplishment of this aspiration.
